Actually, though it could be a typo, it isn't referring to envelopes (nor coverings I don't think).
It is referring to the size of a small dishwasher.

Could it be a typo for'�n en A4 kuvert' ? - I've got typos on the brain today, mine and everyone else's, and believe me, they seem to be infectious ;-)

If it's referring to the size of a dishwasher then it is most likely a roundabout way of saying for 'four persons'.
