Technically, bilge ventilation would be 'kjølsvinventilasjon', which is totally inappropriate here. Fuel fumes would assemble in the engine room - not the bilge area. Rather than calling attention to the copywriter's sketchy knowledge about boats, you might want to say just "Kjør ventilasjonsviftene i minst 5 minutter for å tømme motorrommet for bensindamp etter påfylling".
