When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

I hope this helps.

I rather fear you are wrong there, Asker!
There is no such thing as 'de petit standing', we more often talk about 'de standing' or 'de grand standing' — the mere fact that the word 'standing' is used at all specifically means that these are NOT 'ordinary' or 'standard' quality villas, but already a cut above the rest. I honestly don't believe the 'moyen' has anything directly to do with cost; I feel sure that (at least hypothetically!) there would be another level of 'standard' properties below these two.
But of course, you know best, since you are the only one with the full context in front of you.

I think it's important to appreciate that 'standing' does not per se refer to the price — it is all about the quality of the appointments, the 'prestige level', if you like, of the property. Naturally, that will be indirectly be reflected in the price tag... but that isn't the key issue here.
The fact that the term 'standing' is used at all definitely implies something better than 'ordinary'...
Merci but the term"moyen"suggests medium cost |

Thanks, Karen! Yes, that 24-hr recommendation is there for a jolly good reason...
