French term

Propriété fonds et bâtisses

French to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
This is a term found in a Property Sale Contract. I am looking for the proper English translation for it. The sentence is as follows: "Propriété fonds et batisses située a... suivant les descriptions fournies dans le titre de propriété."
Thanks.

French term (edited): Propriété fonds et batisses

Land and buildings

From what I can see on the internet, the expression is particular to Haiti, where 'propriété' and 'fonds' are synonyms.

- Propriété, Fonds, Parcelle: désigne un terrain de superficie déterminée, propriété d’un individu ou d’une famille.

- Bâtisse: désigne une construction servant de résidence ou autre, sur la propriété, la parcelle ou le fonds.

property (business and buildings included)

Hello,

The property for sale includes the building and the business comes with it.

propriété = property
fonds = fonds de commerce (business)
bâtisses = buildings

"Improved real property" or "real property and improvements"

This would work for translation into US English.
