disagree rkillings : charm offensive = sweet-talking. And it usually appears in French as 'offensive de charme'.

seduction campaign

I think seduction works well, because of its strong connotations, and it has been used in English as the examples demonstrate. And they do seem to be talking about using strong measures, so I think seduction does work well, so to speak.
Example sentence:

That magic bullet, according to real estate agent and author Jennifer Allan, is an effective SOI seduction campaign.

General Motors' bankruptcy declaration in the US has left Indian car buyers wary, despite the brand's huge seduction campaigns.

Peer comment(s):

agree writeaway : perhaps more 'seducing' for a bank product context

agree MatthewLaSon : I think so, too. But in other contexts, I would be wary to use to "seduction." I translated this same term a while back and forgot I translated it. It was a police operation of some sort, I believe.

wooing operation

another suggestion
Peer comment(s):

disagree Chris Hall : Sounds very odd and unnatural in relation to a marketing campaign. Maybe more relevant in a Shakespeare play.

neutral rkillings : The noun is wrong but the verb has promise: a 'campaign to woo', perhaps?
