What is a utiologo? I only find 5 listings of this term in Google ... several of them in Chile.

I ran into this same problem a few days ago. I asked the PM (Spanish speaker) to find out what is means. He replied that it comes from "unidad de terapia intensiva" (UTI), therefore "intensivist" was the term they wanted in English.

Ciao Liz ... I think your answer is correct as a definition or explanation, but there are over 250,000 Google hits for this word 'intensivist' - so I think it's a valid term. Never seen it before.. (Haven't gotten around to grading that question from 2 days ago ... very busy ... but thank you for that encyclopedia that you posted! :) )
