As I will explain, some of the evidence served seeks to deal with a case that the Bank is not actually pursuing and so is irrelevant; some of it seeks - once again - to have the Court sit in judgment on matters concerning the government that do not relate to the issue actually at stake on the applications; much of it is submission.
