Swedish term
planeringsinsats för vindkraft beräknas till MSEK 16
Swedish to English
Tech/Engineering
Construction / Civil Engineering
planeringsinsats
A press release draft from the principal uses the translation 'planning input', but this is of course inappropriate and I have no reasonable alternative, although planning must figure in the equation

Note from asker:
Many thanks Sven! my problem is that the term planeringsarbete is also used in the same documentation and as the meaning doesn't appear to be the same, I'll have to differentiate between them. As Christine suggested, I think insats refers to investment/s of some kind in this context. +paul+ |

planned wind power investment is estimated to be SEK 16 million/MSEK
Is the way I'd say it.
Discussion
It could well mean something wider, which has to be 'converted' to a money value, and I think Sven's suggestion fits neatly here.
