Dental Erosion Article
"Au travers de cet article nous verrons que la population sportive, du fait de son mode de vie (effort intense, type d’activité, spécificité nutritionnelle), apparaît particulièrement concernée par l’érosion dentaire."
From an article about dental erosion among sportspeople. I'm having great difficulty with the word "spécificité". "Nutritional specificity" sounds horribly clunky and "translated" to me. What about nutritional characteristics? Nutritional requirements even? Specific nutritional habits? Any other thoughts of how to convey this in a natural-sounding idiomatic way? TIA for your help.

Nutritional profile
I think it sounds well with the other ones in that bracket "(intense effort, activity type, nutritional profile)". my2c.

Comment: "I think "nutritional profile" fits well in this context, so thanks Dan. But something like "particular dietary habits" didn't seem too bad either. So not a completely straightforward decision, this one. But anyway, many thanks - appreciate everyone's assistance."

a plain English solution

--------------------------------------------------
or "dietary particuliarities"
particular dietary habits/practices
Anyway, I think "diet" needs to be mentioned.

: But S, surely its more than just their diet? What about drinking loads of sugary 'energy drinks', for example? And eating at irregular hours... Oh! / Yes, I prefer your suggestions using 'dietary'!

: "Diet" (I'd also thought of "regimen" but that sounds dated!). Requirements describes what the should be eating but does not necessarily mean they do. Diet relates to what they actually eat and links to the consequences more appropriately.
