Hello
The document is not very clear but if you check the Danish translation [kabel utgangen], it suggests that there is no 'terminal' but just a whole from which the cable can be fed through

Hole !!!!!! (not 'whole')
Sorry

Should read 'hole' and not 'whole' of course

cable terminal

Will suggest this variation -- see
http://en.capitalsafety.eu/Products/Results/tabid/1939/Categ...
Compare to http://sv.capitalsafety.eu/Products/Results/tabid/1939/Categ...
Yes the only difference in these links is the sv. and en. in the beginning. This was a way to get the Swe directly compared. But, my basic understanding is that an 'outlet' is where you are transfering power or signals (as in 'wall outlet' for a contact or plug), which is not what seems to be as here a 'hole' or penetration through which whole cables are threaded.
Take a look and good luck...

Discussion
Clients mght think I could take on translations in the technical Swedish, and they would be mistaken!
So feel free to award the Kudoz to a real answer :-)
I'm not sure whether this is Swedish or Norwegian, but it definitely is not Danish.
Cheers
