Both "ahu gözlü" and "ceylan gözlü" are used commonly. Ahu and ceylan are synonymous words. There are several songs called "Ahu Gözlüm". (: "Ceylan gözlü" is used just as often.

If doe eye is somewhat equivalent to deer eye (wide-open and innocent look, at least) I guess "ceylan gözlü" would be a nice Turkish term.
