English term
staged age

In the findings of a clinical examination:
"She is a woman of a staged age"
for a woman who is 53 years old
I don't think we could say "d'un certain âge" in French because that is said for rather old people
She is like middle-aged for me, so I don't know what we would say in French?

You could say "une femme d'âge moyen" or simply "une (femme) quinquagénaire"
It is typed and not handwritten but I mistakenly added an "a".
Does it make a difference?
"certain" is in French
