Het lijkt mij zeer waarschijnlijk dat 'neck wrest' een typfout is voor 'neck rest' en dus inderdaad 'hoofdsteun' betekent.
Het zou echter wel handig zijn als je ook de zin kunt geven waarin de term voorkomt.
