violator Explanation: violator(s) at kraenke = violate kraenker = person, der kraenker en lov etc. violator = person who violates laws, trademarks etc. In this context I might just write 'known violators'. The problem, obviously, is that they are not all known, and many still have to be traced and identified, but it depends on whether the rest of the text already makes it clear, however. |

infringer Explanation: This isn't a word that is commonly used in English, but is fine for a legal document - where precision takes precedence over literary quality! One infringes a patent; it is patent infringement (not really a patent "violation," in legalspeak). |
