Teil eines "telescopic boom conveyor"
Auf der Zeichnung, die dabei ist, sieht es aus wie eine Stange, die im rechten Winkel auf der Förderanlage montiert ist. Ist auch ziemlich lang das Ding.
P.S.: Im Anhang mit der Ersatzteilliste gibt es einen Unterabschnitt, der heißt "no go bar and photocells". Vielleicht hilft ja das weiter.

From what I can interpret, this bar (not to be confused with a go-go bar) blocks the boom / conveyor from moving.
