Das ist meiner Meinung nach der Standardausdruck in Deutsch, mit oder ohne Preisangabe, wobei Verhandlungssache strenggenommen ohne den Preis auskommt und Verhandlungsbasis einen haben sollte:

In allen Fällen ist die Verhandlung natürlich von Angeboten abhängig. Das extra zu erwähnen ist nicht nötig (oder, als Wortspiel, gar erwünscht).

Das Gegenteil ist dann FP = Festpreis.
