English term or phrase: licence conditions
Das ist aus einem Versicherungsvertrag. Unter "anwendbarem Recht" ist angeführt, dass auch "licence conditions" dazu gehören. Sind das "Lizenzbedingungen"? Aber mein Rechtswörterbuch sagt: "Auflagen bei bedingtem Straferlass".

Deswegen wäre ich da für Eure Hilfe dankbar.
