Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, XXX may, in its sole discretion, decide to immediately terminate this Agreement or suspend the Services by providing written notice to Company if (i) XXX determines that continuing to provide services to the Website conflicts with XXX standards and the standards being set by other websites in XXX’s network; (ii) if Company fails to comply with the Privacy Policy requirements stated in Section 2 (c); or (iii) if Company fails to deliver to XXX a minimum of seventy-five (75%) percent of the Allocated Monthly Impressions each month for a period of three (3) consecutive months.

I just need the allocated monthly impressions (monatlich zugewisenene Druckvorlagen?)

Explanation:
Gemeint ist hier die Zusicherung auf die "Vervielfältigung des Produkts" nicht die Druckvorlage, sondern das Gegenteil(die Kopie des Originals) für daß XXX bezahlt und daß XXX hier garantiert um das Patent "zu erhalten".

Gemeint ist hier die Zusicherung auf die "Vervielfältigung des Produkts" nicht die Druckvorlage, sondern das Gegenteil(die Kopie des Originals) für daß XXX bezahlt und daß XXX hier garantiert um das Patent "zu erhalten".

Impressions bedeutet wie oft eine Website besucht wird und hat an sich nichts mit gedruckten Papier zu tun. Ein mehr kasuales Wort ist "hit" (the site averages 100 hits [impressions] a day), also wird 100mal besucht. Allerdings ist der Zusammenhang mit dem restlichen Text nicht klar

Das wäre mein Vorschlag, der von der Annahme ausgeht, dass ein Richtwert für die erforderliche Zahl an Seitenabfragen (auch genannt Page-Impressionen)pro Monat existiert, der mindestens zu 75% eingehalten werden muss.
