It is a title of a patent part. I know, it is a patent term but can't find a German equivalent.

is the patent term but I do not really see how this can be a title.
explication: A patent is filed related to circular saws for cutting meat so the related art refers to e.g. band saws for cutting meat or to circular saws for cutting wood
