I have trouble with the whole sentence:

"U2C : Voltage follower which prevents loading effects on the ten-volt supply voltage-divider network R3D, R27, and R3E."

R3D, R27, and R3E make up the Spannungsteilernetz. Supply is translated as Versorgung, Einspeisung, Stromzuführung (Budig, Elektrotechnik Elektronik, Verlag Alexandre Hatier). I have also seen Speisestrom. Loading effect is Lasteinfluss (Störgrösse) in systems, or, when dealing with measurement technology, Rückwirkung (durch Belastung bei Spannungsmessgeräten mit kleinem Innenwiderstand). Same source. Couldn't find any reference to voltage follower, but your question sounds like that wasn't the problematic part (she said hopefully...). I would hazard a guess that it might be something like a Spannungsfolgeregler. However, Budig also gives Verstärker as a 2nd meaning for "follower". Hope this helps!
