A jig is an Aufspann- or Bohrvorrichtung. In this case, it is apparently on a conveyor (Förderband or Förderanlage) device, probably to hold the chips for further processing. You may have to invent a monster word such as "Förderbandaufspannvorrichtung" or "Förderanlageaufspannvorrichtung".
