See below Explanation: It all depends on where you are. If you are translating for a Puerto Rican readership, then mocion de exclusion de pruebas viciadas. It is viciadas because this motion is filed to suppress illegally obtained evidence not just any evidence. For the rest of the countries, you can use peticion instead of mocion. For Mexico and Venezuela, pedimento works. Solicitud also works for Venezuela. Memorial or peticion work for Colombia. Good luck!
