Any idea how the word flash should be understood in the following? It's a single line of feedback from a participant in a training course on a new corporate brand (including a new logo). The new brand/logo is designed to be colorful, lively, vibrant etc.

Thanks, "eye-catching" is essentially what was meant, I think. "Flashy" isn't correct though - the basic meaning of that in English is "fancy (in an eye-catching/attention-getting way), possibly excessively so" and I'm not convinced that flash/flashy in French ever has that meaning
