Depending on just what the web site in question is doing, though, it might be saying you've registered to receive (say) electronic notification of availability rather than the documentation itself.

Notes to answerer
Asker: It's OK, convocation = notice here.

Asker: I think they will receive, because they also say it's a substitution to having it sent my postal mail. I opted for receiving.

agree  Tony M: Informally, 'signed up for...'; and literally 'to have ... made available to you in electronic form' — there is probably the suggestion it won't actually be sent to you, you have to go and download it.

agree  Elizabeth Slaney: And agree with Tony's suggestions although not keen on "convocation"!

agree  rkillings: But Tony's right, be careful with 'receive'. You won't get it if you do nothing -- the file won't be 'pushed' to you. You *will* have to log in to download it. 'receive only in electronic form' would do it.

disagree  Tony M: Reverse sense: it is we who are going to make the [..] available to you / No, it is quite clear from the context, and also, from Asker's added information.
