I think you may have missed the point here: if it is sent by standard mail, it is a 'push' process — it will pop through your letter-box without your having to do anything.
But if you opt for this electronic 'mise à disposition', it becoems a 'pull' process — that is to say, you may receive notification that the notice is available, but you actually have to go to a site and download it (for example).
This is what happens now with my phone and electric bills — and it's a darned nuisance!
I feel sure it is like this, as otherwise they wouldn't have used the specific term 'mise à disposition' (they could just have said 'transmission', for example) |
