SENSIBILISATION A L’ENVIRONNEMENT : OGER INTERNATIONAL S’ENGAGE !

downstream effects

Not really sure, but you can probably tell if this fits with the overall context.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Layla de Chabot : actually, I think it is rather UPSTREAM (i.e what they depend on)

Really? Yikes! :o In any case, thank you for your comment. ;-)

reliance on nature

Hello,

This is how I read it.

their impact as well as reliance on nature.... (we really don't pluralize these nouns in English, but it's possible, although not always the most natural-sounding...depends...)

Companies that assess their impacts and reliance on nature are better placed to manage risk and grown sustainably. Read more. Invest in Nature ...

and companies they are involved with

Not only in terms of their impact but also that of companies they are involved with (or work with).
Peer comment(s):

disagree Layla de Chabot : Sorry, but I have to disagree. "dépendances" does not refer to partners or other companies.

reliance on (what they rely on) /sustainability reasons

Although the original text is not very clear, I think the meaning is :
the reasons for a company to "go green" are both related to environmental impact AND their (the company's) reliance on energy (price, delivery...).
The French text should have stated 'energy' more clearly. However, I do think, this is what it means.

"Enjeu environnemental" est souvent lié au terme "dépendance énergétique", as in the the example given below.

the relationships involved

The enterprises are at the heart of [the addressing of] environmental challenges -- both for their impacts and for the relationships involved.
(I think this use of dépendances by the author is a very general and nebulous one.)

I can hardly think of worse and less idiomatic English style than "Enterprises are at the heart of environmental issues both for their impact and their dependencies".
Peer comment(s):

agree Lionel_M (X) : This is the meaning of FR sentence indeed

agree Yvonne Gallagher : yes, think dépendences might be faux ami here

disagree Layla de Chabot : sorry, but I have to disagree. I think "relationships" is too vague, and not environment related
