I would think that 'sous systeme applicatif' is probably what SSA means here, given you've mentioned sub-systems in the subject area.

There is a company called SSA (software search america, I think - in any event, they used to do a package for name searching in databases which I used to use, but think they've expanded now into ERP generally) but I'm reasonable confident that this is completely irrelevant here :-)

Anyway, note that the qualifier goes with SSA, not the code.
So, I'd go with "receiving/sending sub-system code - sub-system code for the receiving/sending sub-system"

You may wish to consider "source" (or even "issuing") and "destination" subsystems to make it slightly more formal.
