In one example, a hole in a contactor is investigated. This hole is said to be "diamètre 7.1 en lumière 7.1 x 11 de la pièce X". Would anyone know whether "en lumière" is seeking to describe the diameter (eg. internal/external) of the hole or perhaps its relative position?
