This phrase appears several times and I'm not sure whether the 'complémentaires' refers to one or both, e.g. "le prix offert par le Cessionnaire pour le ou les Brevets et/ou Demandes de brevets Complémentaires objet de la Cession ...." Is it "for the complementary patents and /or complementary patent applications" or simply "for the patents and/or complementary patent applications"? Or is it not clear even to patents experts?
