Since the original phrase is in generic from - 瞳の位置 rather than something like, 瞳置 for example - I think a general phrase in English is probably more appropriate for its translation, such as ¥"the position of‾¥" etc.

As others have pointed out--amazing amount of traffic for a question requiring only a kanji dictionary and a basic knowledge of Japanese to answer--the devil is in the details. How many pupils? How many positions?

Most importantly: Relative to what sort of lens? Sofil is asking us to translate WORDS, but they are meaningless without a CONTEXT--not even a sentence.

Since I have caught clients using "retinal scan" for "iris scan" in biometric contexts, it wouldn't surprise me if the proper translation isn't "pupil" but "iris" or even just "eyeball". Of course, I can't tell without a CONTEXT.
