membership fee

I'm not sure if I understand what you mean - who should the suppliers pay? But if it means a fee which is paid by the suppliers to the retailer, then maybe this might help. From what I could see on sites for suppliers, there doesn't seem to be a fixed term other than "membership fee". Try a search with: suppliers chain + "membership fees ".
