A ringmur appears to be a rising wall foundation, specifically for the exterior walls of a building (and not for internal walls). Something like "perimeter rising wall foundation" might work. Posting as a discussion entry for the moment as I'm not entirely certain this is correct.

Yes, I have seen these examples, but I am wondering if there is another industry-specific term. Ringwall also comes up as one word in a Google search, but it doesn't get hits in connection with foundations of ordinary buildings like houses.
