Could be I am missing the point.... To me, a turnkey solution (nøkkelferdig løsning) is something that ends with the delivery of a product or service that needs no more work before it can be taken into use. Helhetsløsning does not mean this. Helhetsløsning doesn't mean anything except it covers all bases in the specs, for instance. You wouldn't be far off with 'holistic solution'. But just because helhetsløsning lacks any inherent meaning, I am reluctant to submit a firm translation.
