disenchantment
Explanation:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disenchantment

Termen cunoscut de la Max Weber: Entzauberung der Welt (tradus cu Disenchantment of the World) - Dezvrăjirea lumii.

According to Weber, the ‘fate of our times’ is ‘the disenchantment of the world’, by which he meant the ***dissipation of ‘mysterious incalculable forces’ from the workings of nature***.

Pag. 62: An alternative translation of Entzauberung (which literally means "demagification") would be "demystification".
