Synergetics has developed ...
With respect to disequilibrium thermodynamics, synergetics has ... studied ...
OR
Synergetics has developed [explored] disequilibrium thermodynamics by studying ...
In other words, since "synergetics" is a named field in thermodynamics (Hermann Haken; not identical with Buckminster Fuller's synergetics), I don't think you can just toss it out and pretend that it says синергия instead of синергетика. But a lot of the other words could probably be omitted: I'm suggesting to cut "ideas of" and "from the standpoint of", for example, though "ideas" would be easy to work back in if you think it's essential.

Your clarification:
Развивая идеи неравновесной термодинамики с позиций синергетики, мы изучили (теоретически и экспериментально) процессы....
Then probably it might be difficult to avoid "from the standpoint of":
Exploring disequilibrium thermodynamics from the standpoint of synergetics.
Or, more loosely:
Using [the concepts of] synergetics to explore ..., we studied ...

And, of course, add the adverbs in there somewhere.

Note from asker:
Dear Rachel, what do you think about translating "развивая идеи" as "expanding upon the ideas"? |

Susan Welsh
: I think this is better than my answer, which was written in haste in an attempt to be helpful, without sufficient study of the matter.

I think it's too complicated to say "the synergetics of ...." Too much academic baloney, IMHO.
