Native Norwegian language professional based in Vienna, Austria, specializing in translation, subtitling, transcription, and linguistic quality assurance/proofreading. Since becoming a full-time freelancer in 2022, I have worked with translation agencies and international clients on a wide range of projects, including subtitles for documentaries, TV series, marketing videos, and educational content, and translation/localization of websites, mobile and video games, podcasts, AI training content, and onboarding materials.

Before transitioning to freelancing, I spent more than seven years working with document management, editing, proofreading, and quality control in both the public sector and academia. My experience includes reviewing governing documents, formatting publications, business process modeling, editing academic manuscripts, and transcribing research interviews.

In addition to translation and subtitling, I have extensive experience with quality assurance (QA), MTPE, translated sentence evaluation, transcription, and AI data creation.

I hold a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization in European integration, EU politics, and international relations.
