Masseresepten skal fremlegges på standardisert skjema og inneholde alle opplysninger som er krevet for de aktuelle massetypene. Resepten skal inneholde informasjon om fullstendig betegnelse, nummeret på produksjonskontrollsertifikatet, samt de to siste sifre i årstall for sertifikatets utstedelse. Massereseptene skal være godkjent av Vei og trafikk før arbeidene settes i gang."
