agree  Deane Goltermann: This is certainly design, but I'd kind of like an 'and' -- any details related to this? This is likely not engineering design, but rather aesthetic, or landscaping design.

  -> Thank you. As I understand gestaltning, it has to do with how something looks, the form of an object, as opposed to the construction/engineering of a project.
