English term or phrase: secretary to the corporation
Taken from a letter, which was signed by a person who is "secretary to the corporation". I need the German translation. I would go for "Assistent der Geschäftsleitung", but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dank des Links von Antoinette konnte ich mir ein ungefähres Bild dieser Funktion machen. Vor allem kommuniziert er die Meinung des Vorstandes nach außen, dient aber auch als Berater und hat häufig noch andere Funktionen. Auf jeden Fall ist es ein leitender Angestellter.
