im Wege der Geschäftsmigration Explanation: Hintergrund ist die "Migration" nach § 147 des ICAV-Gesetzes. Sie bezieht sich auf die "geografische" Umsiedlung und auch auf die "Migration" des Geschäfts oder auf nur eine von beiden "Migrationen". Mehr dazu beispielsweise in einem PDF von Goodbody: Re-domiciling to Ireland as an ICAV - A&L Goodbody Umbrella ist definitiv kein Dachfonds (fund of funds), sondern eine Umbrella-Struktur oder einfach Umbrella-Investmentgesellschaft. "segregated" ist nicht dasselbe wie "separated". Segregated heißt haftungsrechtlich und/oder vermögensrechtlich getrennt". Die Rechtsquelle sind nicht die "EU Directives", sondern die "Regulations": Irische Verordnungen zur Umsetzung der EU-OGAW-Richtilinien. |

im Wege der Fortschreibung Explanation: Wenn du das mit dem vorhergehenden Klammerzusatz verbinden willst, wäre da: "in der jeweils gültigen fortgeschriebenen Fassung". Oder: "...2015, der von Zeit zu Zeit durch Fortschreibung geändert werden kann." Im Grunde aber ist das ein Pleonasmus. |
