Ich denke, in deinem Text wird ausgeschlossen, dass neue oder alternative Kortikoid-Präparate ersatzweise oder als Notfallmedikation angewendet werden. ('stress' würde ich hier als 'rescue medication' interpretieren) |

Dauersubstitution oder Stressdosis Explanation: Kortison als "Stresshormon" wird insbesondere in Stress-Situationen vom Körper gebraucht; d.h. manche Patienten (z.B. mit Morbus Addison), die selbst nicht genug Kortison produzieren und eine Hormonersatztherapie/Substitution erhalten, brauchen nur in Stress-Situationen ihre Kortisondosis, andere wiederum jeden Tag und regelmäßig.
