Swedish term

Livestock / Animal Husbandry
The context is a structure now converted to a farm store and café. Please note that I'm interested only in responses from speakers of British English, preferably native ones. The question is whether you could casually accept this American's use of "goat barn" or resist it as stubbornly as a .... :-)
If the latter, what comes to mind most easily?

goat shed
This is what comes to mind - a goat barn sounds a little too grand, but what do I know?
Note from asker:
Thanks, Diarmuid. I appreciate your instant, tip-of-the tongue response. The problem I have (and the reason I posed the question) is that a "goat shed" over here is usually a small, low structure that would rarely (if ever) be considered a candidate for housing a store or café. |

goat stable
Brits don't traditionally keep a lot of goats, so we think foreigners keep them in sheds...
However, there always have been a few goats around, and one of my uncles even threatened to let his goat take precedence over his daughter's wedding if it decided to kid the same day!!
As far as I remember, the kids arrived the day before, and he contented himself with visiting the stable before the wedding ...

May have been because the goats lived in the former stable (for horses) of his old vicarage - goat house is probably better.

Capra House
In the context. (Capra, ie, Latin for goat). Or Capra Farm.
Note from asker:
Thanks, George. This would indeed be a great name for an establishment. It reminds me of the "Via Lactea" dairy goat farm near me. But in this instance I'm only looking for a term for the structure itself. |

I would instinctively have said "goat shed" too, but as you say, Charles, the idea of a café in a goat shed sounds rather unappealing. At least if you make it a house that sounds a bit more substantial!

Oh dear! But then it is obsolete (and perhaps people might like to have their coffee and cake in a former brothel?)

Thanks to all for this. (If I ever succeed in convincing my wife to let me keep some goats here, that link will be very helpful.) However, an unexpected problem arises for "goat house": http://onlinedictionary.datasegment.com/word/goat+house |

: Shed sounds like a bit of tin, stable sounds like they're going to be saddled up and ridden, house was my first instinct, but if it's big enough to be called a barn call it a barn!
